GSP Disposal – Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions
By submitting a request, approving a quote, or making payment, Customer agrees to the following:
Rental Period
Standard rental includes up to 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional rental days are billed at $25 per day and may be charged automatically to the payment method on file.
Payment
A $100 reservation deposit is required to reserve a delivery date and will be applied toward the final invoice. Remaining balance is due prior to delivery unless otherwise approved. Additional charges may be invoiced after pickup.
Trip Fees, Delivery Attempts & Service Area
Base rental pricing includes delivery and pickup within GSP Disposal’s standard service area. Locations outside the standard service area may incur an additional trip fee, which will be disclosed prior to scheduling.
Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access for delivery and pickup, including adequate clearance for truck and trailer operation.
Trip fees may apply for deliveries outside the standard service area, customer-requested relocation of a container, failed delivery attempts, failed pickup attempts, blocked, inaccessible, unsafe, gated, soft, muddy, steep, or restricted access conditions, customer not prepared at scheduled delivery or pickup time, return trips requested by Customer, or waiting time exceeding normal service conditions.
If GSP Disposal arrives and is unable to safely complete delivery or pickup due to site conditions or customer circumstances, a trip fee of up to $125 per occurrence may be assessed. GSP Disposal reserves the right to refuse placement or retrieval where conditions may create safety concerns, property damage risk, equipment damage, or regulatory concerns.
Weight Allowance & Overage
Rental includes disposal of up to 1 ton (2,000 pounds). Material exceeding included weight allowance will be billed at applicable disposal rates and administrative handling charges.
Placement & Property Conditions
Customer is responsible for selecting a safe, accessible placement location. Dumpsters are heavy and may cause damage to asphalt, concrete, gravel, grass, irrigation systems, utilities, landscaping, driveways, curbs, or underground conditions. Protective boards may reduce but do not eliminate risk. GSP Disposal is not responsible for surface damage resulting from normal delivery, placement, loading, or pickup.
Street Placement
Dumpsters may not be placed on public streets unless Customer obtains all required permits and written approval in advance. Customer assumes responsibility for fines, towing, violations, or removal costs.
Loading Requirements
Materials must remain below the top edge of the container. No overloading. Customer must maintain safe access for delivery and pickup. Trip charges may apply for blocked access or failed pickup.
Prohibited Materials
The following materials are prohibited unless approved in writing: hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paint, batteries, tires, fuels, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, radioactive materials, propane tanks, liquids, and any prohibited landfill items. Batteries require prior notice and will be billed at $10 per battery. Customer is responsible for disposal costs and penalties associated with prohibited materials.
Damage to Equipment
Customer is responsible for damage to dumpsters resulting from fire, burning materials, unauthorized relocation, overloading, equipment abuse, theft, or vandalism while in Customer possession. Repair or replacement charges will apply.
Photos & Documentation
Customer authorizes GSP Disposal to capture and retain photographs of placement conditions, container condition, pickup condition, and contents. Photos may be used for billing disputes, operational records, claim resolution, and marketing purposes.
Cancellation
Reservation deposits are non-refundable once delivery scheduling is confirmed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSP Disposal’s liability shall not exceed amounts paid by Customer for the applicable rental.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
