GSP Disposal Terms & Conditions

Rental Options and Payment
GSP Disposal currently offers 15-yard dumpster rentals at $275 for 3 days and $375 for 7 days. Standard pricing applies to residential, contractor, professional, and commercial customers unless a separate written promotional, volume, or account rate is offered. Standard rentals include delivery and pickup within the standard service area and up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal. Additional days are $25 per day, subject to availability.
The first 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal is included in the standard rental fee. Weight above 2,000 lbs is billed at $0.08 per pound after pickup based on the certified disposal-facility weight. The customer authorizes GSP Disposal to charge the payment method on file for weight overages and other authorized charges, including additional days, prohibited or special materials, failed trips, damage, overweight or unsafe loading, and applicable trip fees.
Reservation Confirmation
A submitted request is not confirmed until GSP Disposal reviews availability, service area, placement, material type, and payment information and sends confirmation.
Rental Period
The rental period begins on the confirmed delivery date and ends on the confirmed pickup date. Additional days require approval, are subject to availability, and may result in additional charges.
Placement and Access
The customer must provide safe, lawful, and unobstructed access for delivery and pickup. The customer selects and authorizes the placement location and accepts the risk of damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other property conditions.
Loading Requirements
Materials must not extend above the top rail or create an unsafe, uneven, or overweight load. The customer is responsible for all materials placed in the dumpster and for any charges, delays, or penalties resulting from unsafe loading.
Prohibited and Special Materials
Hazardous waste, chemicals, wet paint, fuel, propane tanks, medical waste, explosives, asbestos, and other restricted materials are prohibited unless GSP Disposal gives written approval. Tires, batteries, appliances, and other special items require advance notice and may involve additional fees.
Failed Trips and Delays
A failed delivery or pickup caused by blocked access, vehicles, locked gates, unsafe conditions, overloaded containers, prohibited materials, or other customer-controlled conditions may result in a trip fee and rescheduling charges.
Permits
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required for street, right-of-way, or other regulated placement before delivery.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to GSP Disposal’s current policy and availability. Costs already incurred, including processing, delivery attempts, or reserved capacity, may be nonrefundable.
